At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If our acoustic panels aren't the perfect fit for your space, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack for Transit

  Securely repackage the woodpanels in their original protective boxing to ensure no damage occurs during the journey back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger bulk orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
